چکیده
Abstract In order to further explore the large deformation control technology of high ground stress soft rock tunnel, this study takes highly weathered carbonaceous shale section Muzhailing tunnel as research background, effect scheme 1 “three-step method” and 2 “pilot expansion are compared analysed by field test numerical simulation. The results show that simulation consistent with test, trend is same. maximum occurs at middle step. From perspective deformation, reduced about 10% 1, both schemes does not exceed reserved (400 mm). construction efficiency, efficiency 23.07% lower than 1. Taking into account it recommended three-step method should be adopted in section, can provide a reference for slate tunnel.

On the Corotational Beam Element Formulation in Large Deformation Analysis
This paper sheds more light on the co-rotational element formulation for beams with uniform cross-section. The co-rotational elements are commonly used in problems in which a structure undergoes a large deformation. In this study, the foregoing element obeys the Euler-Bernoulli beam assumptions. Unlike the formulations presented in the literature, in this paper, a number of local nodal coordina...

We tested antlers of Coues white-tailed (Odocoileus virginianus couesi) and mule deer (O. hemionus) in various stages of natural decomposition to determine the degree of weathering that cast antlers could endure and still yield usable DNA. Based on physical characteristics, we partitioned antlers into 7 weathering categories ranging from freshly cast (class 1) to having been exposed to weatheri...
